I started CrossFit in the summer of 2017, and loved every aspect of it. Your improvement is based off how much you give every workout and how much you are willing to push yourself. Just over a year and a half later, I decided to take the next step and pursue my Level 1. I wanted to learn more about the movements for myself, but I also wanted to be able to help other people move well and correctly as they aged. I love the variety of workouts and the range of intensity CrossFit brings to the table, and I can’t wait to have you in class!
